Properties: PVC resin is a white powder or particle, the particle size 60 ~ 250¦̀ M, the apparent density of 0.40 ~ 0.60g/cm3, density between 1.35 ~ 1.45 g/cm3, refractive index of 1.544 (20 ), water absorption ¡Ü 0.5 %. Not dissolve in water, alcohol, gasoline, can be swelling or dissolved in ether, ketones, chlorinated aliphatic hydrocarbons and aromatic hydrocarbons. Under room temperature, there is a strong acid-resistance, can be resistant to any concentration of hydrochloric acid, 90% or less of sulfuric acid, 50% ~ 60% of nitric acid and 20% or less of the caustic soda solution, stability of the salts. In the flame will burn on and left flame it will be extinguished. Excellent dielectric insulation properties.
Production Process: Our PVC Resin is produced by Suspension Polymerization. The liquid state vinyl chloride monomer take the water as the dispersion medium, and joins the suitable dispersing agent and initiator is not soluble in water but in the monomer, under certain temperature, with the aid of the agitation, causes it to assume the bead granular aerosol to carry on the polymerization in the aqueous phase. After the polymerization completes, through the soda washing, the stripping, the offcenter, the drying, we obtain the white powder PVC resin.
Application: PVC resin has a wide range of application. SG-1 is used in producing high-grade electrical insulating material, SG-2 is used in producing electrical insulating material, common soft products and film, SG-3 is used in producing electrical insulating materials, agricultural film, daily-use plastic products, , SG-4 is used in producing membranelle for industrial and civil use, tube and pipes, SG-5 is used in producing tran***rent products section bar, hard tube and decorative materials. SG-6 is used in producing clear foil, hard board and welding rod SG-7, SG-8 is used in producing clear foil, hard injection molding.
